You may also make payments through the Owners Portal.

One-time payment through
BB&T Bank by credit, debit or eCheck

  • You can make a one-time payment through BB&T Bank by credit, debit, or eCheck directly to your association. There is a processing fee of 2.95% for credit cards and a flat $4.95 fee for debit card payments. There is no  fee for eCheck payments

  • You must know your balance to manually enter the amount you are going to pay

  • You will also need your bill pay account number and serial account number located in your coupon book or statement to login to make a payment. If you do not know any of these items, please click here to email our accounts receivable department to request them. (Unit number is not required to login). Please provide your name and property address when requesting this information

Online Bill Pay through your banking institution

  • To make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments through your bank's online bill pay service, please use the information below to set up your association as a payee.

 

  • Payee Name: Name of your association

  • Bill Pay Account Number: See coupon book or statement

  • Mailing Address: PO Box 628207, Orlando, FL 32862-8207

  • If you don't know the name of your association and/or bill pay account number you may request it by clicking here to email our accounts receivable department. Please provide your name and property address when requesting the information

Enroll in recurring ACH auto withdrawal through BB&T Bank

  • You can enroll online or by sending the form below to BB&T Bank for ACH auto withdrawal of your regular assessments. BB&T Bank will withdraw your assessments automatically based on your association's payment frequency

 

  • There is NO FEE for enrolling in ACH

  • BB&T will automatically adjust your assessment amount should it change. No need for you to make any changes

  • You will also need your bill pay account number and serial account number located in your coupon book or statement to login to enroll online. If you do not know any of these items, please click here to email our accounts receivable department to request them. (Unit number is not required to login). Please provide your name and property address when requesting this information

  • You can also download the ACH enrollment form by clicking on the link below

  • You can also make changes to your ACH enrollment such as changing the your bank account that the ACH is withdrawn from or cancelling your ACH with the forms below

  • You can make payments over the phone by calling our office at 407-233-3560 ext 101

  • There is a $10 pay by phone fee that will be charged separately

  • The same 2.95% for credit cards and flat $4.95 fee for debit cards still apply as with online payments through BB&T Bank
